I’m Liz, founder of LMFIT, and I help women 35+ feel strong, energised, and confident in their bodies again through a holistic approach to movement, nutrition, and mindset

With a background in Sports Science, competitive CrossFit, personal training, massage for rugby teams, yoga, and years of coaching women through life’s changes, I create supportive, realistic programmes that fit around busy lives. My goal is simple: to help you rebuild strength, feel amazing in your body, and reconnect with the powerful woman you are. 💪✨
